What is TalentAssisto?
TalentAssisto is a web application where HR professionals create AI Assistants that work from their company documents. Assistants can analyse the documents you upload, search the web (HR Quantum and above), and generate images (People Analytics Pro and above). They help HR teams with repetitive reading and drafting work.
With TalentAssisto, you can review resumes against a job description, prepare interview questions, draft offer letters and onboarding checklists, and get answers about your policies from your own documents.
