Overview

TalentAssisto gives Human Resources teams configurable AI assistants. You give each assistant a name, an HR area, the tasks it should help with, optional instructions, and the company documents it should answer from. You then work with it in a chat.

Advanced Capabilities

AI-Powered Tools

• Document Analysis: Assistants answer from the files you upload: PDF, Word (.docx), TXT, Markdown, CSV and JSON.
• Web Search: Assistants can search the web for current, public information. Included on HR Quantum, People Analytics Pro (up to 2,000 web-search answers per billing month; after that, chats continue without search), HR Matrix Elite and the free trial.
• Image Generation: Create images for presentations and documents from a text description. Included on People Analytics Pro, HR Matrix Elite and the free trial. See Generate Images.
• Natural Language: Write to your assistants as you would to a colleague. The interface is available in English, Spanish, German, French and Danish.

Integrations

TalentAssisto is a web application. It has no public API and no ready-made connectors to HR systems or ATS platforms today; you bring information in by uploading documents. Custom integrations are offered on the HR Matrix Elite contract plan.

Security

• Data Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Data Isolation: Row-level security in the database ensures each account can read only its own assistants, chats and files.
• Sign-in Protection: Email confirmation, password rules and rate limits on failed sign-in attempts.
• Your Data, Your Choice: Delete your account and everything in it at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.

User Experience

Intuitive Interface

• A chat interface you already know how to use
• A sidebar with your chats, assistants, files and prompts, each with search and folders
• A layout that adapts to desktop, tablet and phone screens

Shortcuts

• Type ”/” to insert a saved prompt, ”@” to pick an assistant and ”#” to attach one of your files
• Keyboard shortcuts are listed in the Help menu (the question mark in the lower right corner)

One User per Account

Every plan is a single-user account. There is no team sharing, commenting or shared editing today.

• Guided Setup: A five-step setup creates your profile, your first assistant and its documents.
• Documentation: These pages, with video walkthroughs.
• Support: TalentAssistant, the support chat on the site, answers questions about the product, and you can reach the team through the contact page.
